At Thrift Culture, we strive to provide high-quality thrifted fashion. However, if you wish to return an item, please follow our return policy:

• Return Request: You must request a return on the same day of delivery.
• No Returns After 1 Day: Returns will not be accepted after 1 day from the delivery date.
• Item Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags intact.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only if the return request is made within the specified time frame and the item meets our return conditions. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹1000.
